Bandon GAA Healthy Club organised a very enjoyable gathering of Senior Club members on Tues 11 May. Over a cup of tea, the chat was mighty, memories of yesteryear were shared, many battles on field of play were analysed again, generally great camaraderie. Chairperson Phil Murphy paid tribute to all present- he said the success of the Club is built on the work of those who made worthy contributions in the past. He thanked all present for their commitment. A special thanks to the Healthy Club organisers: Katherine O'Donovan, Liz Gleeson, Irene Murphy, Anthony Nyhan, Ian Doyle. Special mention to Paddy Duggan who would prefer to be kept in the background but was instrumental in bringing this initiative together!!! Thanks so much Paddy!
