Erins Own 1-06
Bandon will play Youghal in the Fe14A County Hurling Championship final this Friday evening at 07.30 at tbc after defeating Erins Own last Saturday afternoon in the County Semi final at Ballygarvan.

Bandon dominated play early on; Jake Lillis opened the scoring with a point in the first minute with four more points from Cathal Lynch, Charlie Long and two from Niall Desmond.

Both Rory Desmond and Jake Lillis were causing problems for the Erins Own defense.

Switches by Erins Own team management then brought them into the game scoring a goal and two points by the 15th minute and the half time score read Bandon 0-10 Erins Own 1-2.

After the restart Bandon kept the momentum going with corner forward Rory Desmond putting sliotar in the Erins Own net.

The Erins Own goal-keeper saved a penalty and made 3 other great saves to keep his team in the game but Bandon ended convincing wimers on a score of 1-15 to 1-6.
