RETURN TO PLAY GUIDELINES - 2020-06-25


Safe return to play for our club is the responsibility of us all, players, mentors, parents & Club Executive. There’s a lot of information to be read, e-learning modules to be completed, health questionnaires to be submitted, behaviours to be followed. 

The following must be in place before you return to play;
1. Membership for 2020 must be paid to ensure registration & insurance cover ✅ 
2. eLearning module must be completed & certificate of completion screenshot or printed & given to the appropriate team COVID Supervisor ✅

These three requirements are mandatory. This summary outlines the main requirements and actions which need to be completed. It is up to every person to ensure that they meet all requirements before they return to play. Safe return to play can only occur when everyone takes personal responsibility and complete the actions required of them.
