Coaching really progressed in the last 12 months under the guidance of vice chairman Donal Kelleher and Niall Geary the Club Coaching Officer. Neilus McCarthy was thanked for the upgrade completed on the Ball Alley which is now a hub of activity.

A School Coaching Programme with James McSweeney has created a strong link between the club and the primary schools in the Bandon area. Other programmes progressed in the past year included Team & Player Development and Young Referee Development.

Social activities that occurred last year included Medals Award Night on the 7th of February, Cul Camp and Family BBQ in August and a Family Table Quiz in November.
