News One of the largest crowds for many the year gathered at the pavilion on Monday night for the Bandon GAA Club 2014 AGM. Chairman Colman OMahony set the scene before Runai Don Desmond presented a very comprehensive report on all GAA related activities associated with the club in the last 12 months. The AGM of the Underage Club takes place on Friday 9th January also in the pavilion. All sections of the club were delighted last week on the occasion of Timmy McCarthy, Joseph OMahony and Jonathon Mulcahy receiving their Minor Premier 2 Hurling County medals from Jimmy Barry-Murphy at a gala function in the Munster Arms Hotel. - - - - - - - - - - -
Bandon GAA will be running a Long-Puck/GAA Skills Fun Day event on St Stephens Day from 2-5p.m. in the hurling alley and top pitch. Open to all age groups, many prizes will be presented on the day. More information to follow on the clubs social media. |
